Q. How do I return expired vaccine?

A. You may return expired (non-viable) vaccine to McKesson. You may not, however, return viable vaccine to McKesson.

A. No, McKesson’s recyclable vaccine shipment containers come with a postage-paid return label placed in the container’s inside flaps. If the container does not contain a label, call VFC Customer Service, 1-877-2GET-VFC (877-243-8832), to request a label and vaccine pick-up.
