Q. I can’t view the online lessons. Nothing or only part of the animation comes up on the screen.
A. You probably need to install the program called Flash. A message will pop up when you click on the lesson if you do not have the program. You can download flash at the Adobe website.
Q. I can’t view the entire web page or lesson screen at once.
A. Try changing your screen resolution set to 1024 by 768 pixels or above. How to change your screen resolution on
PCs with Windows XP:
Select the Control Panel from the Start menu
Select Appearance and Themes
Select Change the screen resolution
In the Display/Properties area, move the lever beneath Screen resolution until 1024 x 768 pixels and click OK.
After changing the screen resolution, a dialog box will ask you if you want to keep this setting. Click Yes to keep the setting.
Q. I can’t advance to the next page in an online lesson.
A. Try clicking on all the buttons in the page and make sure all videos have been played to the end. The Next button does not appear until all options have been clicked or played.
