Steps to ParticipationVaccinate All 58 logo 

For Providers who are new to the COVID-19 Vaccination Program and Network

Step 1: Review program requirements

We strongly recommend that you review the enrollment requirements before planning any further, to determine whether your organization will choose to comply with all the requirements. Compliance will be required before signing a TPA provider agreement.

Step 2: Register with CAIR/RIDE/SDIR

Ensure that your organization is registered with the immunization registry for your area. You will need to provide your registry ID (such as CAIR Org Code) during the enrollment process.

Step 3: Enroll in the California State COVID-19 Vaccination Program at myCAvax

Designate an organization contact to start the enrollment process at myCAvax. 

Step 4:  Sign the agreement to participate in the enhanced network

Contact the third party administrator (Blue Shield of California) at CovidVaccineNetwork@blueshieldca.com to arrange for signing an agreement that outlines requirements for participation in the network. 

Step 5: Wait to be contacted about being onboarded to the My Turn platform

We are as anxious as you are to get your organization onboarded as quickly and efficiently as possible. There are two options for getting connected to My Turn:

Track 1: Direct enrollment and onboarding to the My Turn platform

  • We are in the process of onboarding a large number of providers and organizations into My Turn system, and we can assure you that you will be contacted by email as soon as we can schedule your onboarding event.
  • Depending on the size and scope of your organization, onboarding can take five or more days. When we contact you to schedule the process, we will explain all the steps, and during implementation, we will work with you throughout the process, through emails, online meetings, and phone calls, as needed.  

Track 2: Integration of the My Turn platform and your electronic health record system

  • We are in the planning process for this option, which will be available via a standard API, and hope to make it available soon.
  • Your organization will be contacted to arrange for this process.
