The Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for JYNNEOS™ was updated December 2024. Main changes: removed requirement that use of Jynneos under EUA is limited to doses supplied by Administration for Strategic Preparedness & Response (ASPR) and clarified storage time for certain lots of Jynneos vaccine held between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F) after thawing.
